Help! I get stuck in a loop when going through checkout!
Please 'accept' the cookie message at the bottom of the page. Cookies are needed for checking out with PayPal. Also, make sure you fully complete all sections of the 'YOUR DETAILS' section of the Secure Checkout page. Any missing information will cause the checkout to loop back to your Shopping Cart. Why are the trees listed as different colours when I select a size?
Fear not, all our trees are a fresh deep green in colour. The colour on the drop down list refers to the colour of the tree label only and adding this information to the selection makes it much easier for our volunteers to pick out the perfect tree for you.
I've ordered my tree for click and collect but now want it delivered. Can I add delivery to my order?
For more information about our delivery area and prices please see our delivery page. If you'd like your tree delivered, please follow the instructions on this page and pay the correct delivery fee during checkout by selecting your postcode area and we'll update your order.
Do the trees drop needles?
Do you loose hair? Every living organism needs to regenerate its outer self. Like man will shed skin naturally, accelerated by sunburn, pine trees drop needles accelerated by lack of moisture and heat - especially when you cut them down. That said, we hear from our customers that the quality is second to none and from personal experience of having these trees at home, needle drop really is minimal. One customer even sent us a message in February to say that his tree still had needles!
Do the trees arrive potted or cut?
All the trees are cut, i.e. they do not have roots attached.

If you reserve your tree online, we will make sure that there is a suitable tree held in stock for you when you come to collect it from our sale. Collections can only be made on sale days.

When can I have my tree delivered?
You can buy your tree online for home delivery on sale days. Please note that we are unable to make deliveries on non-sale days or to addresses outside our 3 zones without prior arrangement. Please see our delivery page for more information.

Yes - trees can be netted at the HQ and we will help load them into customer vehicles or deliver them to their home or premises if nearby.
Can customers unwrap their tree before they buy it?
Yes - most trees are already unwrapped when put on display; we wouldn't expect someone to buy a tree without getting a good look at it first.
Have you ever had complaints about the quality of trees?
Yes - In 2019, we had to replace 8 trees because their needles dropped too quickly. When you sell hundreds of trees each year there is a slim chance you will get a bad one. It just so happens at they all came in the same year. So far, our success rate stands at more than 99%.
